Why should I book using this Website?

By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 1pm, however we can accommodate early check-ins from 11am on most occasions.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, we have a night manager (24 hour access) that takes over from 8pm when reception closes. Please press the night manager bell at the front door if arriving after 8pm.

Do you have complimentary parking?

Yes, parking is free for our guests and situated behind the building.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, we serve breakfast every day of the year and our chef is available for a nutritious cooked breakfast each morning. Our restaurant is open for all day meetings and pre-dinner drinks, we are fully licensed serving alcohol until 7pm. Our restaurant does not provide meals after 9am – serving breakfast only.

Do you have room service?

Yes, breakfast room service available between 7am to 9am.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, complimentary superfast NBN wireless internet is available in every room.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

No, we don't.

How close are you to the shops and restaurants?

We are the nearest major accommodation to the CBD (only 400 metres from our property).

Do you have Foxtel?

Yes, we have all fox sports channels + sky news service. We also provide Apple TV’s with complimentary streaming services of Netflix and Stan.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Direct bookings must be cancelled by 4pm on the day prior to arrival (some dates are non-refundable). For any third party bookings, please refer to their website.

How do I guarantee by booking?

Credit card details are required to secure room booking.

Do you have a gym?

No, we do offer discount passes to the Anytime Fitness – 24 hour gym, located 200 metres from our property.

Can you store my baggage?

Yes, we provide this free service for same day departures (late flights). If you are doing a walk or tour for many days, we will hold bags free of charge for guests returning to stay with us, otherwise a $30 per day charge will be incurred.
